# IKIGAI ဆိုတာ

ဘဝအဓိပ္ပာယ်ကို ရှာဖွေဖို့ ikigai

Ikigai ဆိုတာ ဂျပန် အတွေးအခေါ်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပြီး အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိတဲ့ ဘဝတည်ဆောက်ဖို့ အလွယ်အထောက်အကူပြုတဲ့ နည်းစနစ်တစ်ခုလဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

မေးခွန်းလေးခုကတော့ ဒီစကားလုံး လေးလုံးကနေ ထွက်ပေါ်လာတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။​
